Q: How do I know my booking has been accepted?
A: You’ll get a confirmation email from us once we have received your booking.
Q: What if I cannot locate my driver?

Q: What if I wish to cancel and want a refund?

Q: Will I be charged extra if my flight is delayed?
A: You will not be charged extra if your flight is delayed. We request you to please update us as soon as you find out about any delays to your flight so that we can collect you at the right time.

Q: How early do I need to book?
A: You can book your taxi upto three months in advance. If you are booking on short notice, please call +44 (0) 7722593719 to check availability. If you need to cancel your booking, please provide minimum 3 hours notice from flight landing or before 3 hours + journey time from Airport to your pickup address in the UK, so we can stop the driver.
